DMCA & Abuse
Stealthora VPN respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable abuse-handling law. This page explains how to report abuse and what we can — and cannot — do.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse or submit a DMCA notice, email abuse@stealthora.com with: a description of the issue, the relevant timestamp and node/IP if known, your contact details, and (for DMCA) a good-faith statement and signature.
What we can do
Because we operate a strict no-logs network, we do not retain the activity records that would identify which user was associated with specific traffic. We cannot produce browsing history we never stored. Where required and technically possible, we take proportionate action at the network level to stop ongoing abuse.
Prohibited use
Using Stealthora VPN for unlawful activity, network attacks, spam, or distribution of malware violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
Counter-notice
If you believe a complaint about your account was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address and we will review it.
Jurisdiction
Stealthora VPN is operated in accordance with the laws governing our corporate entity and the jurisdictions in which our nodes are hosted. Lawful requests are evaluated against what data, if any, we actually hold.
