Every Stealthora VPN plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will return your payment in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@stealthora.com from your account email, or open a request from your dashboard. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
App Store & Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We are happy to help you start the process.
Renewals
The guarantee applies to your first purchase. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your dashboard to avoid being billed again; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
