These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stealthora VPN. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Stealthora VPN.
Acceptable use
Stealthora VPN is for protecting your privacy and securing your connection. You agree not to use it to: send spam, conduct network attacks, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or carry out any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that violate this section. See our DMCA & Abuse page.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Web payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; in-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google. Your subscription state is the same regardless of how you paid.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
Device limits
Each plan permits a set number of simultaneously registered devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Service availability
We work to keep the network fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual regions may enter maintenance.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stealthora VPN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
